Refunds & Returns Policy

We value your satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth and transparent process for refunds and returns. This policy outlines our terms for workshop bookings and purchases of physical and digital products.

1. Workshop Bookings

Cancellations by You

The following applies to all workshop bookings unless otherwise stated in the specific workshop event Terms & Conditions.
  • More than 7 days before the workshop: You may request a full refund (less 10% admin fee) or transfer your booking to another available date.
  • Less than 7 days before the workshop: We offer a transfer to another workshop date (subject to availability) but no cash refunds, unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
  • No-shows: No refunds or credits will be provided if you do not attend without prior notice.

Cancellations by Us

If we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:

  • A transfer to a new date, or
  • A full refund of your booking fee.

2. Physical Products

Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unused and in their original condition,
  • In the original packaging,
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads (e.g., e-books, templates, workbooks, printables), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products once the order is confirmed, unless there is a technical issue preventing access to your purchase.

If you experience a problem accessing your digital product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can assist you.

4. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
